We live in South West London and, during the summer, just outside Salcombe on the coast looking out to the Eddystone light. I've been cooking since 1974 and have always been the family cook chez nous.
I write about the things I am passionate about. I have no interest in any food businesses. When I recommend a shop, supplier or equipment it's because I think they're good.
